Our philosophy:
Raised with love
A small but growing farm, the essence of Invalhalla was fostered in the dream of a five year old boy. Christopher’s first chicken was named Oscar (or Mr. Rooster) and he was enamored with the beauty and perfection of what nature could provide. Years of learning various agricultural techniques culminated in 2015 with the establishment of a small hobby farm with big ideals. More than just a philosophy – a way of life – we bring love into every part of the farm. This means caring for everything from soil and substrate to the bears and the bees. Not just because it will be healthier for us, but because we care about the ecosystem and its creatures living all around us, and leaving it better for future generations.
Sustenance can be grown; life giving food is raised.
